If you’ve got Windows 10, you don’t need to do anything to get the app. The Photos app comes preinstalled with Windows 10. The full path looks like this: /storage/emmc/DCIM – if the images are on the phone memory.
The location of photos is always the same – it’s the DCIM/Camera folder.
Photos taken on Camera (the standard Android app) are stored on either a memory card or in phone memory depending on the settings of the phone. Some syncing services try to respect that, but you’ll often find pictures transferred from things like DropBox, iCloud, and OneDrive in their own folders. Windows itself stores images in your “Pictures” folder. Unfortunately, pictures get stored in different places on your PC depending on the where they come from. Where are my pictures saved on my computer? Normally, they are stored in the Pictures folder.
Picasa is a free image editor available for Windows and Mac computer systems.
